About the project

Interior of the hospital La Axarquia that we are riding in Vélez, province of Malaga

We started the year with this prefabricated hospital project in Andalusia. In this case, we have developed a part of a two-storey hospital as an extension of the existing center in La Axarquia in order to prevent an increase in traffic in the coming months.

The project itself is completed in terms of indoor facilities where it is prepared in terms of lighting, mains power, computer equipment and water network connections. It remains to be finished, and we will show you when the outer lining is done, for which the guide profiles have already been placed.

Inside we find the diaphanous rooms and perfectly prepared to receive all the material. Prepared stairs, waiting rooms and consultations. We will continue to report on the project and the final external result.

About the project

Prefabricated classrooms for school in Madrid

We invite you to know this work of prefabricated classrooms that we developed at the CEIP Angel Nieto, in Madrid. In this case, it is the extension of a school to address the growth of the number of students and the measures of distancing for the COVID era.

In this case, we have placed the classrooms on the right side of the covered corridor that existed for access to the old building. This corridor had a certain inclination that had to be saved and corrected in the accesses and in the placement of the modules. Access to the prefabricated classrooms is by this same covered walkway.

As for the exterior of them, a metal coating has been placed that isolates and gives robustness to the set. Facing inside we have doors and to the other side windows to access natural light. The competo complex is also connected to the electricity supply that feeds the artificial lighting equipment placed, school and school equipment and air conditioning devices to make the classrooms comfortable.

Oficinas Prefabricadas en Tarragona

En Balat hemos desarrollado este trabajo de construcción modular de oficinas prefabricadas para Sorigué en Tarragona. Unas oficinas que se adaptan a las instalaciones de la empresa y que culminarán un gran trabajo de dos plantas y gran cantidad de metros cuadrados de nueva creación.

Las oficinas prefabricas se sitúan en la campa de la empresa en un fondo pegadas al muro que las delimita en la parte trasera. Por la parte frontal se realiza el acceso principal a través de una escalinata de hormigón y una pequeña rampa. En la parte exterior, podemos ver el logotipo de la empresa destacando en el revestimiento de color gris que hemos colocado (podéis ver una foto de la perfilería antes de la colocación en la galería). En la parte lateral, se puede acceder por una cuesta a una ventanilla de información y gestiones rápidas sobre la que se ha colocado un alero para proteger de la lluvia.

En el interior encontramos diferentes espacios y oficinas adaptados a las necesidades del cliente así como instalaciones de baños. Todo el conjunto por tanto está conectado a la red de saneamiento además de a la eléctrica de alimentación. Los aparato de aire acondicionado se han situado en la parte lateral inferior exterior.

About the project

The exterior of the changing rooms is made of sandwich panel painted black, on the fronts, we find the two access doors, one for them and one for crossfiteras. When accessing the interior is where you can see the different areas, a washbasin, toilet, a change, and another where the shower is located.

The entire complex is obviously connected to the water and sanitation network, so a plumbing work has been done to ensure these connections well. In addition, the modules are also connected to the electrical grid for power supplies to the lighting equipment that has been placed inside.

Prefabricated changing rooms in Melilla

We have made this modular complex that will serve as prefabricated changing rooms for a desalination plant in Melilla. On this occasion we have created a set of 12x 7.20 to meet all the needs of the company.

The changing rooms rise on the ground on concrete blocks that make on the basis of balance, in addition to avoiding contact with direct water if there is a rise in the tide or excessive waves. In the exterior aspect, we find the basic modules with the white profile and the shuttered windows. You can appreciate the cold-heat appliances, which above all help to cool the stay by the heat of the area.

The whole complex of changing rooms is connected to the electrical and sanitation network for the correct functioning of appliances and sanitary systems.

About the project

We present this work with prefabricated modules for the Red Cross.

A special work because it has involved the transfer of the modules made in our facilities to the final location. All the assembly of the main assembly except the upper roof was done in the workshops of Balat.

The module is showy and special. On the outside, it stands out for its reddish roof shaped peak. The sandwich panel is soft but in places where there is no access we find half-height leaf windows that give a great luminosity to the interior that is a diaphanous area.

We have placed the modules at the end of a staircase adapting the terrain a little. Everything is connected to the electricity grid to power the lighting, the cold-heat equipment and all office devices that are placed inside.

We will update the project as we have photos of it finished inside.
