Our prefabricated huts are sometimes placed in iconic works or have a special character. For us, it means a lot to see them there. Like when we worked in the Bank of Spain building, or in the San Fernando bridge in Cadiz. They give us beautiful pictures.

On this occasion the prefabricated huts are placed in one of the tourist emblems of the city of Madrid and of all Spain, in the Royal Palace. The prefabricated assemblies that have been placed at different points for the works that are being carried out have different structures and sizes.

Those at the rear stand out with two floors connected by a staircase. The huts serve as building offices, changing rooms, changing areas and toilets. All of them are connected to the mains and have power for equipment, air conditioning and water connection.

In addition to the huts, we have placed the fences that surround the perimeter of the work. We hope they are perfect and we encourage you to visit this emblematic building. Pure history.

Night work for logistics platform in Seville.

Prefabricated modules for logistics platform

In our post today we would like to show you how is the work we are developing for the new logistics platform we are developing in Seville. When you are at full capacity during the day, the assembly work has to be done at night.

The prefabricated modules we are preparing go in white color and stacked in height. They will be assigned or offices for the tasks of logistics, changers and changing rooms of the operators of the center.

A prefabricated housing project in the center of the Madrid town of Vallecas

The number of prefabricated housing units will be as high as 32 and will accommodate 294 asylum-seekers. The total cost of the equipment will be 2.5 million euros.

The works of these barracks will be carried out in three phases, explained in the Area of Works and Equipment

which is in charge of the execution, and in the first one 12 of these houses will be installed in the next days and at the end of January the first furniture will be placed for a few days later to receive the first 96 asylum seekers. In this first phase, the City will install an access module, which in principle will be rented and will cost 8,000 euros per month.

The second phase of the project will go into operation at the end of February, providing 14 additional housing units to accommodate another 140 people, while the third and final phase will cover the last six barracks that will accommodate an additional 58 refugees. This last part of the project will be fully funded by the Consistory, assured from the team of Paloma García Romero, and to it will be added the purchase of a new access module to avoid the payment of rent.

Prefabricated module for the prevention of infections of COVID19.

We have installed in the hospital Reina Sofía of Tudela as we did in the García Orcoyen of Estella, prefabricated modules that will serve as a temporary facility in the complex for PCR testing and extension of hospital services for the duration of the coronavirus pandemic.

With this facility, overcrowding inside the center is avoided and possible infected people come into contact with other patients. prefabricated modules are distributed in different areas of the hospital. Two at the emergency entrance, and a large assembly in the parking area with capacity for more attention. In the latter the surface has been prepared to get access through ramp to them.

The prefabricated module is made entirely in white, including profiling. The wide side creates an access to the interior where the tests are done. This side is protected by a tarp that reaches the ground.

Inside the test area has been enabled. It is connected to the electricity grid and has air conditioning to achieve a pleasant temperature inside, especially now that the summer months are approaching.

This week we get into prefabricated dining rooms and changing rooms in the entertainment industry

On the occasion of the new standards of distancing at work (COVID 19), the Secuoya Communication Group, has acquired for its Tres Cantos studios in Madrid, an auxiliary modular building to cover all the staff working on the different productions they currently have in recording.

This building we have prepared will serve as dining rooms and changing rooms and has two heights. The exterior is completely black, bringing elegance to the whole. The modules, has leaf windows to the outside and access to the top is made by an outer black staircase.

The modules are connected to the electrical network and equipped with air conditioning devices that are placed outside to air the different elements. Inside, a corridor accesses each of the rooms that will try to acclimate to get the most comfort possible.
