Prefabricated kitchens in PUY DU FOU.

We have installed prefabricated kitchens in the theme park Puy Du Fou that opens its doors on July 18, 2020, with new performances and spectacular outdoor staging. Alquibalat, S.L has participated in developing and building, among other projects, kitchens, warehouses and cold rooms, which provide food and beverages to more than 4000 visitors daily.

Our delegation from Madrid and Castilla La Mancha are proud to have participated in this project. A huge complex composed of more than 12 prefabricated modules connected between if inside and distributed in the elements previously mentioned.

Obviously, the kitchen is the main element, and among the most outstanding is the whole system of smoke extraction that is enabled in the complex, being an industrial kitchen, this aspect is very important. The cold rooms, another indispensable aspect for the supply, have also been mounted on the basis of the modules. It is important to highlight the connection to the electrical network with high power to power all kitchen appliances that consume a lot of electricity and also refrigeration. In addition to the aforementioned extraction system and the indoor air conditioning with air conditioning.
