Prefabricated offices and changing rooms in Málaga

The Bio Oils factory has asked us to install several prefabricated modules in its facilities in Malaga. These modules will perform both office functions and prefabricated changing rooms for factory staff and operators at a time when they need.

The first part of the project is a stacked module of 6 4.80 outside the factory. This module will serve as offices and has been elevated in two heights. Access to the upper part is via a staircase on the side of the assembly and the interior is completely diaphanous. Both the colour of the profile and the coating are white.

In the contiguous part are extended three blocks composed of two modules each that act as prefabricated dressing rooms.  These sets have exterior lattice windows by being at low height.

Everything is connected to the electricity grid and they have cold heat appliances to heat the rooms. We will be placing more photos of the interior of the project.

Prefabricated changing rooms and showers for the crane in Malaga

Eufragie, the municipal crane of Malaga has hired us for the elaboration of these prefabricated changing rooms and showers in its alka facilities. Specifically, the need is for a space for the change of their workers and the toilet before and after working days, with a predictable installation in addition to banks and ticket booths.

On the outside, these changing rooms and prefabricated ones are worked in L-shape. The main color of our modems has been maintained, with the panel and the profiles in white. The accesses are made from the narrow part as from the front part of the same to different rooms and you can see small leaf windows that go latticed.

Inside several rooms have been prepared, some larger for the change and above all the du has area has been prepared, which are individual and closed with doors. Logically, the set of changing rooms and prefabricated showers is connected to the network of water and sanitation ensuring full hygiene and cleanliness throughout the stay.

In addition, the module has all electrical installation ready and wired, all lighting ready and also air conditioners.

About the project

Interior of the hospital La Axarquia that we are riding in Vélez, province of Malaga

We started the year with this prefabricated hospital project in Andalusia. In this case, we have developed a part of a two-storey hospital as an extension of the existing center in La Axarquia in order to prevent an increase in traffic in the coming months.

The project itself is completed in terms of indoor facilities where it is prepared in terms of lighting, mains power, computer equipment and water network connections. It remains to be finished, and we will show you when the outer lining is done, for which the guide profiles have already been placed.

Inside we find the diaphanous rooms and perfectly prepared to receive all the material. Prepared stairs, waiting rooms and consultations. We will continue to report on the project and the final external result.

About the project

We present this work of an entrance booth that we have carried out in Barcelona. A module that despite being small, has details and works that deserve to be highlighted. On this occasion, externally we can see that it is a module coated in gray, which gives packaging and elegance.  Two windows give visibility to the module, one smaller and one large leaf.

As for the exterior aspect, another element that stands out is the arched protection pergola that has been placed on the top of the access door, located on the side which is accessed by a small staircase. After which we find the access lathes to the facilities.

Our access gate is surrounded by protective elements. Inside, we find a small furnished office for people in charge of controlling access and surveillance. This sentry box is connected to the electrical network so it has power for computer equipment. In addition, a cold heat device has been placed to avoid especially overheating of the interior in sunny days.

Control de accesos en exterior para Privalia

A cuántas personas les gustaría pasar este control de accesos y perderse en los almacenes de la empresa de venta online Privalia. Una empresa de venta por suscripción en Internet que tiene sus almacenes en la provincia de Barcelona.

Para ellos hemos desarrollado este trabajo de control de accesos a su nave industrial. Un acceso para el que hemos utilizado un módulo prefabricado que hemos revestido con un aislante de color gris y una perfilería en ventanas y repuntes de color negro. Como la gran mayoría de las casetas de acceso y vigilancia, el factor que prima es la visibilidad que tienen que tener para el desempeño de su función por lo que el conjunto tiene grandes ventanas de hoja que se abren y una frontal que se sube para aquellas personas que se dirijan a por información.

En cuanto al interior, se ha equipado de forma diáfana y con el material de oficina necesario. Todo el módulo está conectado a la red eléctrica por lo que los equipos tienen alimentación, además de las cámaras de seguridad que vigilan el entorno. Se ha colocado un climatizador en la parte posterior para hacer el interior un entorno de trabajo agradable.

Prefabricated Offices in Barcelona

We have developed this work of prefabricated offices for the IngePerfil company in Barcelona.  Ingeperfil, a company specialized in the manufacture of metal profiles for partitions and dry construction is one of the national benchmarks in the production of profiles for dry partitions.

On this occasion we have assembled several prefabricated modules for the creation of prefabricated offices that extend in the camp. Six modules to create different rooms for various needs arising from the need for more space in the current offices. In the left part of the work a warehouse and a closed module with independent access composed of two huts are created.

The rest of the four houses make up of open-plan prefabricated offices accessed by a front door also glazed. The offices are very bright since in this front the windows occupy more than 50% of the surface of the facade with folding sheets.

Inside everything has obviously been arranged for a perfect operation connecting the prefabricated offices to the power network of the company. Ceilings and lighting have been placed and also an air conditioning installation that makes the stay more comfortable. Soon it will be completely finished.

Oficinas prefabricadas con intersección y a dos alturas en Barcelona

Hemos desarrollado este trabajo de oficinas prefabricadas en Barcelona. Estas oficinas prefabricadas se han colocado en el exterior de una nave industrial en Barcelona y se han construido a dos alturas con un módulo de 6+6.

Para la realización del trabajo en primer lugar ha sido necesaria la cimentación del suelo para ponerlo a la misma altura y dar un terreno sólido a una edificación importante. Se han creado dos espacios a dos alturas. Ambos con seis módulos. El acceso se realiza por el frontal a la parte inferior y a la superior por una escalinata en la parte intermedia que llega a un puente que une ambos módulos.

Los prefabricados se han dejado en el color blanco original manteniendo ese mismo color la perfilería del conjunto. En el interior se crean diferentes tipos de estancias, oficinas y espacios, además de tener baños y aseos, por lo que el módulo está conectado a la red de saneamiento así como a la eléctrica para alimentar todos los recursos informáticos, de iluminación y climatización.

Esperamos que os gusten estas nuevas oficinas prefabricadas, cuando el trabajo esté terminado os mostraremos imágenes del interior.

 

En la parte intermedia se ha creado  una escalinata en el Sg.

About the project

The exterior of the changing rooms is made of sandwich panel painted black, on the fronts, we find the two access doors, one for them and one for crossfiteras. When accessing the interior is where you can see the different areas, a washbasin, toilet, a change, and another where the shower is located.

The entire complex is obviously connected to the water and sanitation network, so a plumbing work has been done to ensure these connections well. In addition, the modules are also connected to the electrical grid for power supplies to the lighting equipment that has been placed inside.

Prefabricated changing rooms in Melilla

We have made this modular complex that will serve as prefabricated changing rooms for a desalination plant in Melilla. On this occasion we have created a set of 12x 7.20 to meet all the needs of the company.

The changing rooms rise on the ground on concrete blocks that make on the basis of balance, in addition to avoiding contact with direct water if there is a rise in the tide or excessive waves. In the exterior aspect, we find the basic modules with the white profile and the shuttered windows. You can appreciate the cold-heat appliances, which above all help to cool the stay by the heat of the area.

The whole complex of changing rooms is connected to the electrical and sanitation network for the correct functioning of appliances and sanitary systems.

Offices and changing rooms in Buñuel

We have set up this small camp of prefabricated offices and changing rooms for the company Ecay to name a wind farm. This type of renewable energy construction usually takes time, so it is best to have offices and spaces for change and work in the field.

On these occasions we have used the basic modules that can be hooked to build mini-structures of one, two or four joint huts. These booths have different uses within the work. first we will find the main offices of work, then changing clothes for the operators and a zone of lockers. Sometimes, depending on the location, dining rooms or rest areas are also created.

The modules are in white and with the profiles in white, the windows are latticed to prevent access to the interior of the same and the access is made by doors on the front sides at floor level. All modules are connected to mains electricity through high voltage poles so they have power for light and electrical appliances, in addition to those of air conditioning.
