Construction offices at two heights

Construction offices are generally made up of traditional prefabricated modules. However, in many cases, the specifications of the work or the terrain themselves make up very different structures. In plane, in L, raised on the ground, staggered or as this time, in two plants of height.

This work has been carried out in Bayonne and offices have been built on two levels. The structure consists of four prefabricated modules stacked in two heights. The lower part is dedicated to changing rooms, changing and resting area and ticket offices for workers who attack the infrastructure. The upper part is dedicated to the work management offices. Access to them is through two metal staircases.

Exterior finishes are standard Balat with white metal frames. The sandwich panel remains white and the windows have wrought iron cladding. The entire complex is connected to the mains for the supply of cold heat appliances, especially with a view to the use of air conditioning in the summer months.
